About Tadalafil
Tadalafil is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia). It is also sometimes used to treat pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the blood vessels that supply the lungs).

Have you ever had a bad reaction to Vidalista or any other medication?
Are nitrates used to treat chest pain?
I need severe heart and liver disease.
Have you recently had a stroke or heart attack?
Do you have high blood weight or uncontrolled low blood pressure?
Have you ever lost your sight because your eyes weren’t getting enough blood?
Talk to your doctor before taking tadalafil if you have any of the following conditions:
Do you have sickle cell anemia (abnormal red blood cells), leukemia (blood cancer), or multiple myeloma? (Bone Marrow Cancer)
Have you been diagnosed with Peyronie’s Disease (bent penis) or problems with your penis?
Do you have a liver or kidney problem?
If you have heart disease, your doctor will determine if your heart can handle the extra stress of sex.
Where can I buy Tadalafil?
Tadalafil only requires a prescription from a doctor.
From the NHS
Tadalafil is only available for erectile dysfunction if you have a specific condition such as multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injury.
Tadalafil is not available on the NHS for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Private Prescription
If you do not meet the NHS requirements for tadalafil you can get a private prescription from your doctor. This means that you have to bear the entire cost of the drug.

Fill a glass with water and swallow the tablets whole. Drugs can be taken with or without food.
How much erectile dysfunction medication will I take?
Normally take Tadalafil before sexual activity.If you want to have sex 30 minutes earlier, buy a pill. No more than one capsule per day is recommended.
10 mg is the standard dose. Your doctor may increase or decrease your dose depending on your medical condition and how often you take it. The 10 mg or 20 mg
tablets should not be taken daily as the effects can last for more than 24 hours.
You must be sexually aroused for the tablet to function properly.

What happens if I forget to take it with me?
If you have:
Pulmonary hypertension – take it as soon as you remember and then carry on as usual.
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia – take it as soon as you remember and then go back to normal. If you remember after 8 hours, skip the missed dose and stick to your planned schedule.
Do not take more than two doses at a time. Never give a double dose as a reward for an over-consumed drug.
If you regularly forget your doses, it can be helpful to set an alarm to remind you.
You can also ask your pharmacist for advice on how to remember to take your prescription.
What happens if I take too much?
Accidental discontinuation of tadalafil may result in secondary inflammatory effects. Say:
headache
dizziness
indigestion
nasal congestion
blurred vision (due to blurred vision)
negative side effects that have already occurred Say goodbye to the drug. Consult your doctor if you think you have taken too much Tadalafil and are concerned about these side effects.
Side Effects
Tadalafil, like any other medicine, can cause side effects in some people.Many people may experience few or no negative consequences.
Common side effects
More than 1 in 100 people experience mutual side effects. Side effects may increase with increasing dose.
